There are four letters of the genetic alphabet – A, C, T and G – which pair up and create your DNA. Thanks to modern technology, a scientist named Syd Mandelbaum, who had been part of the Anastasia Romanov disproving effort of 1994, started the DNA Shoah Project. Through the use of these markers, this project is geared towards reuniting families of the Holocaust and identifying remains of the lost, fallen Jews. All that is needed to be a part of the database is a swab of the cheek. All of the materials will be furnished to you completely free of charge. For more information, or to request a kit to participate in the database, please visit www.DNAShoah.org.
