The most uncomfortable, religiously, I have been in interview situations were:

I have been asked about the likelihood of my wearing my kippa (yalmulka/skull cap) by someone at the company I was interviewing with.

At an interview to work at a local (DC) Jewish organizations, I have been asked whether or not I would be comfortable working with people who were not Orthodox, basically was I narrow minded and a religious zealot or open minded and cool with everyone and everything.

What I wear on my head should not be a target of discrimination, especially when looking for work within our own community.
