CurrentTV just ran a great cartoon talking about the "perviness" of America Apparel and Dov Charney.

I don't know about his personal hygiene, But as a Canadian Jew I can tell you that we tend to hang out of the bottom of our boxers.

On a serious note Dov is into giving back to the community. I am involved with the friendship circle. and American Apparel is doing all their sweatshirts now and possibly doing an line of other clothing. This is in a trial period at the moment, but here is a link to the friendship circle shop (its in development at the moment so don't be to critical)

So the dilemma is should we encourage people to shop there because of their positive business practices or should we boycott because we can’t abide by Charney’s personal behavior.

I was recently at a conference for Metrics in DC and was given a tshirt from Google Analytics. It has been on the best tchatchky gifts I have ever received at a conference. Is it from Google (cool geek factor), it is the softest tshirt I have ever owned and it is from American Apparel.

I have had some absolutely terrible bosses, but those types of things I have never been personally privy to.

Not sure if I should now feel bad about just how much I love my Google tshirt.
