I like a lot of Rudy's policies, but getting rid of estate taxes is less likely than Richardson's chance of becoming the first lady of the US. Most people don’t have an estate tax problem. Basically the way it works, is you get taxed 50% of anything over $2 million. There are people who's job it is to make sure that wealthy people don’t pay that bill ( I am one of those people) through the proper use of Trusts, Life Insurance and other tax strategies those taxes can be avoided. But when the proper planning isn't done, the government hits the jackpot. I personally was involved in a case where we helped a family eliminate 43 and a half million dollars in estate tax. Democrats are crying all over the world.

I think if he had more press he would be likable. He is funny and floksey, however he is Hispanic which most people don't realize when they hear his name.
As for a Snow balls chance in New Mexico.....He would have a very good chance then because New Mexico happens to be known for its ski resorts, and I think it is snowing there right now.

Got to agree on Richardson - probably the most qualified man running to be President with the best record. unfortunately, he has about a snowball's chance in New Mexico of winning. he would do better running for President of Old Mexico.
