		<description>I agree. To me cheek meat tastes a lot like brisket. It's possible that it could be used as a bacon substitute but is so hard to find that its just impractical.</description>

		<description>I have also heard that a cow's cheek meat, if prepared properly, tastes just like bacon.

I think cheek tastes like very tender brisket, but then again, I have never tasted real bacon.</description>
