His food was insane and he was really brilliant in his combinations. I happen to be a closet Bravo reality show fanatic, but am always a little sad that I can't ware the clothing on Project Runway or eat the food on Top Chef, but now it seems I can....its like living the dream. Having such a high profile guy at a kosher place can really raise awareness of the sophistication and beauty of kosher food.
